Job Summary

HRBP I provides essential operational support to the HRBP Sales team and serves as the dedicated HRBP for a designated client group, combining high-volume HR operations (onboarding coordination, HRIS updates, case triage, documentation) with foundational HRBP responsibilities (leadership guidance, employee relations, performance management). Player-strong focus on onboarding coordination, process accuracy, and HR service delivery while partnering with Payroll, TA, and LOA teams. Supports onboarding materials, employee engagement initiatives, and surveys; serves as first point of contact for HR policies, pay, benefits, and timekeeping; assists with low-complexity employee relations and performance documentation; acts as dedicated HRBP for a function within Sales and provides coaching to managers on policies and lifecycle actions; identifies trends (turnover, attendance, engagement) and shares insights with leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in HR operations, HR coordination, HR generalist, or similar roles
  • Experience working in HR systems, with comfort navigating HRIS and case-management workflows
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with multi-state employment practices and compliance a plus
