Job Summary
Build strong relationships with executive directors and clinical leaders to advise on employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. Translate complex HR data and legal considerations into strategic recommendations while supporting onboarding and identifying training needs. Maintain a best practice of visiting assigned facilities three to four times weekly to stay connected, proactive, and visible across Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Review HR practices, monitor affirmative action programs, and identify process improvements across markets. Lead HR aspects of acquisitions, including integration planning and cultural alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Workday
- solid understanding of federal and state labor laws
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly: 50–75% road and air travel, including 3–4 on-site facility visits weekly
- Pre‐employment criminal background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
