Job Summary
Build strong relationships with Executive Directors and clinical leaders to serve as their primary HR advisor on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Translate complex HR data and legal considerations into strategic recommendations for operational decision-making. Maintain a best practice of visiting assigned facilities three to four times weekly to stay connected and visible while supporting onboarding, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Review HR practices and Affirmative Action programs to identify process improvements across markets. This role requires 50–75% travel including quarterly trips to Alaska, with a Bachelor's degree and four years of healthcare HR experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Workday
- solid understanding of federal and state labor laws
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly: 50–75% road and air travel, including 3–4 on-site facility visits weekly
- Pre‐employment criminal background screening
