Job Summary

Build strong relationships with Executive Directors and clinical leaders while translating HR data and legal considerations into strategic recommendations. Advise on employee relations, performance management, and compliance, and support onboarding for new leaders alongside market-specific training needs. Lead HR aspects of acquisitions, including integration planning and cultural alignment, while auditing practices and monitoring Affirmative Action programs. Visit assigned facilities 3–4 times weekly to maintain visibility and stay connected with operational teams. Requires 50–75% travel including quarterly Alaska trips.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Workday
  • solid understanding of federal and state labor laws
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly: 50–75% road and air travel, including 3–4 on-site facility visits weekly
  • Pre‐employment criminal background screening

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
