Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary
Partner with factory leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives and support operational decision-making. Manage workforce planning, recruitment for critical positions, and succession planning while addressing talent gaps. Lead employee relations by investigating complaints, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws. Implement performance management processes, coordinate training programs, and drive engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity. Monitor labor relations risks, analyze HR metrics for workforce effectiveness, and maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, or factory operations
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and labor law compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resource management, MBA, or related discipline is an advantage
- Experience supporting large employee populations is preferred
