Job Summary
HRBP for M&T Technology providing strategic HR partnership to senior leadership. Responsibilities include talent management and succession planning, workforce planning, organizational change, employee engagement initiatives, compensation/benefits guidance, employee relations, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Training, and Centers of Excellence. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience) and 5+ years HR experience; travel may be required. Location: Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years relevant experience
- 5+ years applicable Human Resources experience
- Masters and PHR/SPHR preferred
