Job Summary
Hands-on HR Business Partner to support leadership across multiple manufacturing entities, combining strategic partnership with day-to-day HR execution. Build scalable HR infrastructure from the ground up — including attendance policies, PTO, and remote work guidelines — while ensuring compliance, employee experience, and strong HR operations. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy; manage lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS (e.g., Rippling), and multi-entity governance. Drive process improvements, policy documentation, and safety/EHS compliance in a lean, fast-growing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP or strong generalist background)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal and Texas state)
- Experience supporting multiple entities or business units is strongly preferred
- Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus
- Professional working proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred
