Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with leadership and field teams to drive organizational effectiveness, balancing employee advocacy with business needs. Responsibilities include serving as the primary escalation point for employee relations, conducting complex investigations, coaching managers on performance and discipline, analyzing turnover trends, leading retention efforts, managing compliance and audits (FLSA, EEOC, I-9), overseeing I-9 and background checks, maintaining HR policies and job descriptions, and supporting regulatory reporting. The role also emphasizes HR systems optimization (ADP preferred), data integrity across employee records, and providing strategic HR insights on workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management. The position requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HR experience, with strong analytical, communication, and partnering skills. Remote-work expectations and occasional travel to regional offices are noted, with an emphasis on collaboration in a remote-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR (HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations)
- Strong background in Employee relations
- Workplace investigations
- Compliance and audits
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
