Job Summary
Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and other sensitive workplace matters. Drive employee experience through engagement initiatives, recognition, and communication. Collaborate on workforce planning, budgeting, compensation, and organizational changes. Oversee payroll accuracy, learning and development, and global mobility activities. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; maintain workforce data and metrics. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent education
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience
- Proven track record in functional and strategic management of Human Resources
- HRCI or SHRM certification highly desired
