Job Summary
Develop and execute critical business strategies with leadership teams while serving as a coach and confidante to regional leaders. Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Interpret federal, state, and local employment laws; administer benefit programs including open enrollment and FMLA compliance. Support safety initiatives by collaborating with operations, ensuring proper training for new hires, and assessing regional workforce requirements. Drive efficient recruitment and onboarding best practices while working with HRIS to improve system support tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study
- three to five years of experience in human resources
- equivalent combination of education and experience
