Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing footprint across 12 European countries. The role entails developing strategies for a high-performance culture, inspiring leadership, and leveraging exceptional communication skills to build trust. Responsibilities include fostering continuous improvement through training, enhancing employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. A bachelor's degree is required, along with substantial generalist experience and strong skills in organizational development and talent management. The position requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive HR generalist and business partnering experience across multiple European countries
- Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership
- Experience supporting integrations, transformations, or multi‐country HR operations
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and cost awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in HR or related fields
- High proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
