Job Summary
HRBP to partner with business leaders, delivering high-value HR initiatives and expert guidance. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, strategic resource planning, coaching and mentoring managers, leading talent initiatives, managing complex HR cases and change programs, and driving cross-functional HR projects aligned with business goals. Key skills include employment law knowledge, HR policy design, analytical and project-management capabilities, influential communication, relationship-building, and continuous improvement. CIPD qualification is a plus; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle) and organizational change is preferred. On-site requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week with relocation assistance available for qualifying UK-based applicants. Salary range £56,000-£70,000 (converted to USD: 70,000-87,500) with flexible benefits and bonus.
