Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for production and professional roles; act as the primary HR contact supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR inquiries. Partner with managers to address performance issues, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage HR processes such as performance reviews, merit increases, and salary analysis. Investigate and resolve employee concerns while ensuring proper documentation and escalation. Maintain HRIS records, support payroll/timekeeping processes, and deliver HR training as needed. Strong background in talent acquisition, HRIS proficiency (including ADP, Microsoft Teams, Deltek), and excellent communication across organizational levels; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- 3 - 5 years of direct HR experience
- Strong background in talent acquisition
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as ADP, Microsoft Teams, and Deltek
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
