Job Summary
HR Business Partner role within Dimensional’s APAC (fixed-term contractor) focused on aligning HR with business strategy. You will partner with leaders to provide operational and strategic HR advice across the employee lifecycle, coach leaders on performance management and career development, ensure compliance with employment legislation and WHS obligations, support psychosocial hazard management, and facilitate annual HR initiatives including talent planning and change programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and HRBP experience, a strong internal stakeholder network, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a global mindset. Dimensional emphasizes an office-first hybrid approach with in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays and optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays, across Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience operating at a senior level with a global mindset.
- Demonstrated strong internal stakeholder management and coaching capability.
- Experience in multiple HR functions such as reward, employee relations, analytics, talent management, org design and development.
