Job Summary
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs, support talent acquisition and retention strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Collaborate across the HR team to develop policies, implement organizational change initiatives, and provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and employment separations. Enhance the employment brand by working with Marketing to strengthen candidate engagement and support enterprise-wide HR initiatives that align with the Bank's strategic objectives. Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders while providing backup coverage and participating in ongoing strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Experience successfully managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to support HR initiatives that align with business objectives and workforce needs
- Ability to support organizational change initiatives and effectively guide colleagues through change
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support data-informed decision-making
- Ability to support initiatives that improve team effectiveness, colleague engagement, and organizational performance
- Understanding of federal and state employment law, including FMLA, PFML, ADA
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers
