Job Summary
Strategic partnership with organizational leaders to align human resources initiatives with business goals, provide HR expertise on strategies, and drive organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include employee relations, coaching and development for leaders, organizational development, talent initiatives, change management, performance management, policy and compliance, data-driven insights, and participation in company planning and workforce initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years HRBP experience, strong employment-law knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills. Location is Dallas, TX with in-person duties and flexibility for one day of remote work per week after training. Compensation ranges from $110k to $150k base, with a potential 15% bonus depending on level/experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and action data and trends
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and action data and trends
