Job Summary
Partner with leaders across the QC Ecosystem to address employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Develop and execute workforce strategies that support operational priorities, utilizing HR data and analytics to inform decisions and mitigate organizational risks. Champion a high-performance culture by implementing performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback and goal setting, and collaborating on targeted training and leadership programs. Maintain accurate employment documentation, recommend process improvements leveraging automation, and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during growth periods. Work cross-functionally to resolve HR challenges and influence decision-making across engineering, construction, manufacturing, and corporate functions within a remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant Human Resources experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Experience supporting multiple business units
- Experience supporting field operations
- Experience supporting engineering
- Experience supporting construction
- Experience supporting manufacturing
- Experience supporting technology
- Experience supporting professional services organizations
- Proficient in Rippling or a similar HRIS
- Ability to optimize platform functionality for department needs
- Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills for file management
