Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and performance-related matters, providing guidance and resolving issues through investigations and corrective actions. Independently manage employee relations processes including PIPs and ensure compliance with employment laws while administering benefits and maintaining accurate Workday records. Lead the design and rollout of training programs on incident reporting, leadership, and compliance, and develop succession planning initiatives with department leaders. Generate HR data insights to support decision-making and drive engagement programs across the organization. Occasionally work nights and weekends to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience as a Generalist or Business Partner in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task
- Strong ability in juggling multiple priorities in a start-up environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on thorough documentation
- Experience with human resources processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent, succession planning, open enrollment
- Knowledge and experience in developing and administering human resource processes and programs
- Strong understanding of compliance with government laws/regulations
- Basic working knowledge of payroll processing and time & attendance regulations
- Willingness to take on any task in order to support the needs and growth of the company
- Must be willing to travel to other DrinkPAK locations within Los Angeles & Ventura county to provide onsite support and HR office hours
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
