Job Summary
HR Business Partner for Hitachi CSS HR based in Bengaluru, responsible for partnering with Global CSS HR and regional teams to drive talent management, performance management, recruitment support, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and employee engagement. Includes managing investigations, supporting training programs, and aligning HR initiatives with global and regional requirements. Requires extensive HR experience (15–20 years) with at least 10 years as HRBP, strong communication, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Hybrid in-office and remote work model with some travel in India.
Required Qualifications
- 15 to 20 years of experience in HR
- minimum of 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner
