Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, influencing organizational strategy and workforce planning. Responsibilities include organizational development support, partnering with leaders to implement people strategies, driving organization design, and delivering change in an environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The role involves reinforcing SGWS culture with leaders and teams, collaborating with SGWS University on programs, presenting data-driven solutions to leadership, and managing projects end-to-end. Travel 5-10% and close collaboration with Human Resources functions such as Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Employment Law are required to effectively execute talent management processes and drive business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle (design, develop, implement) and deliver impactful results
- Ability to travel: 5-10%
- Ability to demonstrate managerial courage by taking the opportunity to constructively challenge conventional thinking and respectfully challenge the opinions of others
- Two years of progressive and relevant high-level Human Resource experience: Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Employment Law, etc.
- Proven success in implementing core talent management processes
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly, effectively, and consistently execute
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Confidence interacting with senior/executive leadership
- Physical demands including long periods of sitting and typing, occasional lifting up to 20lbs
