Job Summary
Strategic HRBP partner to regional and branch leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals; advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development; drive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning; promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture; ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and HR policy implementation across multiple sites; leverage HRIS, analytics, and reporting to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, COBRA, etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state workforces
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bilingual Spanish
