Job Summary
Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies, policies, and programs with business goals and Catalent standards. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage complex leave/accommodations/return-to-work cases; drive performance management; develop and implement training aligned with regulatory and business needs; deliver high-quality HR services to managers and employees; serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and leverage data to drive insights. On-site HRBP role based in St. Petersburg facility with responsibilities across develop, implement, and administer comprehensive HR programs and services for the site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum five years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor law
- Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar) preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
