Job Summary
Partner with business unit leaders on workforce planning, org design, succession, and talent strategy to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies. Lead quarterly talent reviews, coach managers on performance management, and identify high-potential talent while monitoring team health and engagement via Culture Amp surveys. Support restructuring and organizational changes from planning through execution, handling complex employee relations matters and headcount business cases with sound judgment. Use data from Workday and other analytics tools to inform recommendations on turnover trends and performance patterns, ensuring changes land well and stick. Report to the VP, People Experience within a People & Culture team intentionally being rebuilt for strategic impact.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP or strategic HR partnership role
- Proven experience navigating organizational change, including restructuring, reorgs, and transformation initiatives
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing without authority
- Experience with talent management processes: calibration, succession, performance, development
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations, including handling sensitive investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Background in a technology, SaaS, or digital-first company
- MBA, Master's in HR, or Organizational Development
- Workday (HRIS/ATS) experience
- Culture Amp or comparable engagement platform experience
- Comfortable with AI-enabled tools and digital collaboration platforms
- Microsoft Teams experience
