Job Summary
Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for Carina Investments, Aspen Racquet Club, and Mid-Ohio Aviation, coordinating interviews and managing job offer processes. Oversee onboarding to ensure successful new-hire experiences and support performance management, Individual Development Plans, and training program development. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Report to the President of Carina Investments in Wooster, OH, with 5% travel requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with five years of experience and preferred SHRM or HRCI certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree
- 5+ years related experience
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- 5% travel
- Pass a drug test
