Job Summary
Strategic HR partnership for Hyderabad-based product, engineering, and technology teams; drive workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities. Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide data-driven HR analytics to inform decisions, and champion a high-performance culture. Lead talent development, performance management, succession planning, and governance of HR operations (onboarding, exits, and documentation) while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and enabling adoption of Workday modules for performance, compensation, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience
- HRBP experience supporting tech or engineering teams
- Exposure to global HR programs and systems; Workday experience is a plus
