Job Summary

Build strong relationships with regional leaders, Practice Managers, and Office Managers to serve as a trusted resource for people matters. Coach managers through employee conversations, performance concerns, and daily decisions while supporting performance management, corrective action, and documentation. Help navigate workplace conflicts, conduct or support employee investigations, and partner on engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. Guide leaders on consistent policy application and translate workforce trends into practical next steps. Collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to drive leadership development and people-focused projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting managers with employee relations and performance management
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with corrective action, employee documentation, and workplace investigations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good judgment and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a growing, fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
