Job Summary
Consult with managers and employees on performance and employee relations issues through one-on-one and group meetings. Manage the performance evaluation program, succession planning, and management training on interviewing, hiring, and compliance. Conduct workplace investigations, manage employee relations complaints including EEOC cases, and administer the ADA interactive process and FMLA requirements. Lead employee and management training based on business needs, conduct exit interviews to identify turnover trends, and support departments with new hire selection. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws while advising on discipline processes and performance-related concerns. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR experience, and ability to travel ~20% and work extended hours including weekends. Located within 30 miles of Castle Park.
