Job Summary
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related topics, aligning people strategies with business goals. Support workforce planning, talent supply strategies, and local management meetings to embed global HR strategies. Guide leaders through performance management, development planning, and career conversations while promoting continuous learning. Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Support reorganization and transformation initiatives by acting as a change agent and liaison with consultants. Use HR dashboards and reports to provide insights, monitor key people metrics, and recommend actions. Lead and coordinate various HR functional projects, serve as a data integrator, and facilitate meetings with the human resources function and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) competency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with some level of independence and function in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check
- Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience in a matrixed or global organization
- Exposure to M&A or organizational change initiatives
