Job Summary
Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial organization, partnering with HR team members and business leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and HR programs. Based at the San Jose Headquarters with on-site presence daily; responsibilities include acting as a trusted HR contact for client groups, guiding managers on day-to-day people-related matters, analyzing HR metrics to identify trends, driving recruitment, supporting talent management and development planning, and collaborating to resolve employee concerns. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or related field with 6+ years of HR experience across employee relations, talent management, and HR operations; strong communication, analytics, and relationship-building skills; and ability to travel occasionally. Salary range: $121,400 - $174,600. Bloom Energy strong emphasis on workforce integrity and fraud awareness included in posting.
