Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries, providing timely HR guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance coaching. Manage personnel records in ADP, process transactions including promotions and terminations, and administer benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, and leave plans. Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and partner with operations leadership to resolve workforce challenges while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Build collaborative relationships across the National team and support organizational change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably ADP
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting field-based or operations-driven employee populations
- Prior experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
