Job Summary
Human Resources Business Partner role focusing on regional HR support for Czech Republic and Slovakia within a matrixed, multi-country environment. Responsibilities include partnering with HRSS, TM, L&D, and TR to ensure HR service delivery, leading regional HR projects for workforce structure and productivity, advising on data-driven decisions, acting as a backup for the Regional HR Director, coaching managers to strengthen leadership and people management, promoting a healthy corporate culture, enabling cross-functional collaboration, increasing management maturity in using HR tools, identifying HR priorities with leadership, monitoring HR metrics, and ensuring local labor law compliance across supported countries.
Required Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Czech
- Fluency in English; additional CEE languages are a plus
- Proven experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role, ideally in a regional or multi-country context
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with experience working alongside HRSS, TM, L&D, and TR teams
- Experience in coaching and supporting managers in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization
