Job Summary
Provide strategic HR consultation and guidance to business leaders, shaping workplace culture and engagement strategies aligned with organizational mission. Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations to ensure fair outcomes, while driving talent development and workforce planning initiatives. Partner with network HR teams to foster cross-functional alignment and analyze metrics to support succession planning and senior leadership decisions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR risks through collaboration with legal and compliance teams. Requires 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Full-time, 8-hour day shifts with onsite location in Marysville, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five to Seven years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges
- Must be able to work onsite at our Marysville, CA location
- Must be able to work 8-hour day shifts
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
