Human Resources Business Integrator Fellow - Parts Distribution Centers

Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to align workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities with strategy, translating business goals into practical talent plans. Integrate expertise across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated solutions for complex challenges, coaching leaders on accountability, culture, and capability. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce discussions while guiding decisions on employee relations, organizational changes, and executive staffing. Leverage workforce analytics and AI tools to identify trends and improve leadership decision-making, building strong partnerships across Finance, Legal, and Shared Solutions to create measurable business value. Work four days in the office (M-TH) and one day remote (Friday).
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with geographically dispersed or multi-site organizations
- Ability to work with remote leaders
- Ability to align workforce, talent, leadership, and organizational priorities with business strategy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people decisions into business outcomes
- Experience diagnosing organizational challenges and implementing practical, sustainable solutions
- Ability to influence leaders, facilitate complex discussions, and drive organizational change
- Experience leveraging workforce analytics, employee insights, AI-enabled tools, and business metrics to support decision-making
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to coach senior leaders and influence decisions through insight, credibility, and sound judgment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills
- Experience partnering across talent management, employee relations, rewards, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven ability to orchestrate resources and expertise across multiple stakeholders to solve complex business challenges
- Experience leading organizational transformation, change management, or workforce capability initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and drive adoption through influence
- Must be in the office four days a week (M-TH) and one day remote (Friday)
Desired Qualifications
- Union experience is a plus
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
- Certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Workforce Analytics, AI, or Executive Coaching
