Job Summary
Strategic HR advisor to senior leaders within the CDAO (Data, Analytics, and AI) organization, responsible for delivering end-to-end Talent Strategy, including compensation, performance development, and culture. Roles include executive coaching, counseling senior leaders on complex people matters, driving organizational design and change management initiatives, leveraging workforce data to inform talent strategies, and partnering with leaders to execute performance and talent management cycles, succession planning, and promotions. Focuses on aligning HR priorities with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, and integrating innovative technologies into day-to-day work.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Advisor/Partner or Talent & Organizational (HR) Consulting
- Strong strategic, transformational, proactive mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Executive presence with proven ability to influence, coach and counsel senior leaders
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management cycles
- Ability to partner with leadership on performance management, succession planning and promotions
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven project management and end-to-end process improvement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating with HR risk and controls initiatives
