Job Summary
Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including FMLA, Maine Paid Family Medical Leave, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, COBRA, and retirement benefits. Manage open enrollment, benefit eligibility, and return-to-work coordination. Coordinate with the Director of Human Resources in a standard office environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of HR experience, with SHRM or PHR certification preferred. Current State of Maine Criminal History Records Check approval is required.

Desired Qualifications
