Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent while managing the entire process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts, and design performance appraisal systems to drive accountability. Identify training needs, develop programs, and oversee compensation and benefits initiatives. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, run payroll, and contribute to broader HR strategies and employee engagement programs. Based in an office setting, this role reports directly to the owners at My Gym Children's Fitness Center and F45 Training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR
