Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the entire process from job postings to onboarding. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts while designing performance appraisal systems and training programs. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, run payroll, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations. Contribute to HR strategy development and enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives. This role reports directly to the owners at My Gym Children's Fitness Center and F45 Training in an office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Organized
- Office setting. Not remote
