Job Summary
Answer phone calls, perform data entry tasks, and maintain personnel records in compliance with HR regulations. Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts by posting job requests, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Compile reports from personnel databases, develop forms and record-keeping systems, and enforce company policies. Communicate relevant information to employees and applicants while representing the organization professionally. This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers 40 hours per week at $21.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance, dental, and 401(k). A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree and one to two years of administrative experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous experience working with authorization requests
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting, or equivalent experience
- Must have a high regard for confidential information
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance as scheduled and requested
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1-2 years documented Administrative Assistant experience, strongly preferred. In healthcare, a plus.
- Moderate to advanced computer experience in a variety of mediums.
