Job Summary

Initiate employment onboarding for faculty and staff by crafting appointment letters, creating digital files, and monitoring Federal Form I-9 compliance. Maintain employee databases in Paycom and Colleague, coordinate group orientations, and respond to inquiries regarding fringe benefits and enrollment changes. Advise employees on policy interpretation, prepare transition paperwork for departing staff, and conduct exit interviews to report trend findings. Develop and update job descriptions in JazzHR, train supervisors on applicant tracking software, and streamline HR workflows while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Draft reports for leadership, participate in budget discussions, and represent the College at campus events including Welcome and Commencement weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
