Job Summary

HR Associate role supporting the HR Manager with personnel support, employment and labor relations, training, benefit administration, and record-keeping. Responsibilities include ensuring proper badging/licensing for DEN staff, procuring supplies, assisting internal investigations, interfacing with management on HR and employee relations issues, assisting in recruiting and onboarding for CAS workforce at DEN, performing payroll and billing to ensure accurate invoices, and providing general administrative support. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substitution with 5 years of HR/security admin experience), ability to speak/read/write English, and knowledge of HR law related to compensation, employee relations, training and safety; drug screen and background check required; neat professional appearance; EEO employer. Remote option: in-person office in Denver, CO.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; five (5) years of experience as an assistant in human resources or security administrative capacity may substitute for a degree
