Job Summary
HR Assistant role at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority on a fixed-term 2-year contract. Responsible for updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting end-to-end HR projects (idea generation, data collection, stakeholder coordination, timelines and compliance), enhancing HR workflows, contributing to employer branding across channels (job boards, social media, job fairs, career expo, staff activities), assisting in resourcing with the Talent Acquisition team (market research, benchmarking, salary proposals, offers and negotiations), compiling HR statistics/reports, and participating in ad hoc HR projects as assigned, with strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and MS Office, and fluency in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- possess a recognised university degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- preferably have 1 year of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with sizable organisations
- demonstrate good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- be a good team player who is detail minded, flexible, proactive with positive thinking
- possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- be proficiency in MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form and Acrobat)
- possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
