Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation, HR records management, trainings, communications, and general administrative support in the West Los Angeles office (5 days in office). The role involves posting jobs, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, onboarding/offboarding tasks, benefits administration, timecard review, payroll prep support, maintaining HR files, coordinating trainings and engagement initiatives, and collaborating with the HR and administrative teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; HRIS/payroll experience is a plus. 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred; law firm/professional services experience is noted in the requirements.
