Job Summary
HR Assistant at a national law firm responsible for assisting HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, onboarding, and handling employee documentation. Responsibilities include following up on PTO/leave procedures, coordinating flowers and maintaining related spreadsheets, updating employee files, sending new hire packets and onboarding materials, preparing offer letters, answering policy questions, scanning questionnaires, creating and deactivating FOBS, sending departure emails, and performing other duties. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of HR experience, HRIS experience a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Located in Boca Raton, FL with in-office work schedule 8:00 am–5:00 pm, M-F. Equal Opportunity Employer with comprehensive benefits and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience using HRIS software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
