Job Summary
Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Recruiter focused on delivering a five-star candidate experience and supporting HR administration across multiple business units. Responsibilities include proactively recruiting and outreach, coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding and new employee orientations, maintaining applicant tracking systems and employee records with confidentiality, assisting with job ad creation and recruiting campaigns, supporting culture and employee engagement initiatives, and representing the brand in all hiring interactions. The role requires professionalism, strong communication, organizational skills, and a servant-leadership mindset, with the ability to balance administrative duties and recruiting outreach in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of similar recruiting, HR, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and digital platforms
- Professional, outgoing, and relationship-driven demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-aware, accountable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with strong intuition and initiative
- General understanding of HR processes and professionalism standards
- Experience with HRMS or ATS platforms such as Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, or similar systems preferred
- Basic graphic design, marketing, or social media experience is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Canva, Google Workspace, or related technology platforms preferred
