Job Summary
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the HR team with a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and staff engagement. You will maintain accurate employee databases and filing records, assist in preparing regular HR reports, and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong English and Chinese communication, and a fresh-graduate–friendly profile with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
