The HR Operations Admin role centers on onboarding and employee experience, serving as the first point of contact for new hires, and ensuring accurate HR data and compliant processes. Core duties include coordinating end-to-end onboarding, managing I-9 documentation and E-Verify submissions, scheduling benefits orientation and assisting with benefits enrollment, handling employee data updates in Workday, processing routine HR transactions, responding to HR inquiries via helpline and tickets, and providing general administrative support to maintain smooth HR operations in a high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort with HR systems, and a customer-service mindset are essential. Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint) is expected, along with excellent communication and discretion when handling confidential information. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
- Experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
- Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify compliance (preferred)
- Associate's degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience accepted
