Job Summary

Conduct day-to-day administrative support for Human Resources and Training functions, serving as the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation in accordance with SOPs, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations. Manage the Learning Management System, including curriculum assignments, training completion records, and initiating training reports. Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and managing onboarding and exit interview processes. Perform file audits to ensure required documentation is complete and up to date. Purchase office supplies, reconcile expense statements, and assist with new hire orientation. Read and interpret SOPs, policies, and safety instructions while promoting safe work practices at Curia's Rensselaer, New York, manufacturing facility.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources department
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems (i.e., Oracle, ADP)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, learners, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, safety instructions, policies, manuals, and written instructions
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • An occupational health screening may be required

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior LMS experience (i.e., Noverant)
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, including FDA or DEA regulated environments
  • Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment and support change
