Job Summary
Provide comprehensive HR department support including benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, recordkeeping, and onboarding activities. Manage employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, separations), maintain HRIS databases with data integrity, assist with leave requests and leave administration, ensure compliance with EEO/affirmative action, and generate accurate HR reporting. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Operations to ensure timely processing of employee information; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; support onboarding and document processing; work remotely with potential onsite requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in HR or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Experience with HRIS/ATS and onboarding platforms (Costpoint preferred)
- Strong data entry, auditing, and recordkeeping skills
- Knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, records management, benefits, leave administration)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting remote or geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
