Job Summary
Perform facility technical HR functions by coordinating onboarding for all new hires and processing employee benefit applications per Integritus guidelines. Prepare and process weekly payroll while maintaining personnel and medical files in accordance with regulations. Assure accurate tracking of performance evaluations, licenses, physicals, and vaccines, and review hired employee records for completeness including reference checks and CORI verifications. Manage LOA/FMLA request approvals and coordinate employee satisfaction efforts with leadership. Understand employee rights under HIPAA and hold all information confidential. Requires high school diploma or associate degree with prior HR experience in long-term care; offers weekly pay, full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits.
