Job Summary
Conduct recruitment support including job posting, applicant tracking, pre-employment testing, and new employee orientation. Provide assistance to employees and supervisors on policy and benefit questions while updating communication materials. Manage benefit administration, recordkeeping, and reporting by analyzing and summarizing benefits information. Serve as custodian of departmental documents, handling copying, filing, and record retention. Interpret, apply, and enforce company policies and procedures. Prepare orientation materials and offer backup support to other departments as needed. Handle high volumes of work under time constraints, which may require extended hours. Maintain confidentiality and work safely to prevent unsafe behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Two-three years working in HR department
- Excellent interactions skills with employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- proficient math skills
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, tact, diplomacy and critical thinking skills when dealing with employees and the public
- Ability to work with and assist employees
- Able to work independently and under time constraints
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks
